• By registering for a Kerjabaik Academy course or integrated program, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines established for the learning activities.
• Participants are expected to arrive on time and take part in the course according to the stated attendance or completion criteria.

• Training fees must be paid in full before the delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, for government agencies using the LS mechanism).
• Participation cancelled no later than 3 working days before the event may receive a 50% refund or be transferred to the next training.

• All training materials, modules, presentations, and assets provided during training are the property of Kerjabaik Academy or the relevant instructor.
• Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or reselling these materials without written permission.

• Attendance or completion records are provided according to the course format and criteria shared before delivery.
• These records are not professional certifications, licenses, equivalencies, or formal credentials.

Kerjabaik Academy strives to provide current and accurate materials but is not responsible for business or policy decisions made by participants based on the training materials.

• Kerjabaik Academy reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
